This documentary was created to showcase Amy’s first personal growth and wellness retreat which was done with female veterans and non-veteran women. As you will hear, the results for each of the participants were quite remarkable. It led to Amy creating and leading 3- and 5-day retreats on her organic farm in Vermont.
